ChapStick wanted to capitalize on the customization trend for online shoppers by offering giftable, personalized ChapStick lip balms directly to consumers through its website. Templated designs were developed for diverse gifting occasions that could be personalized with the consumer’s favorite font and message of choice. 

A design exploration narrowed options for an overall look and feel for the occasions line. Though each design is unique, they maintain the core ChapStick ethos —  a sense of delight and joy. These customizable products have become the brand’s No. 1 eCommerce seller, with more occasions continuously added.
