Turkey Hill Ice Cream had recently had a packaging refresh and needed a social presence to match its new look. However, a tight budget made its required shot list a challenge. An updated photography style needed to be clean and emphasize the indulgent quality of the product. 

First, the composition of each shot was sketched out with a written photography treatment.  Light backgrounds, tight crops and warm lighting ensured a natural, bright, relaxed — yet elevated — result. To make the most of a limited budget, outdoor images were composited with stock photography and then retouched to maintain the warm glow present across all shots. The photography was rolled out on Instagram with other social posts mimicking the style.
